PASI supports Congressman Davis Rodney for introducing HR 82 ( The Social Security Fairness Act) to 117 Congress on 01/04/2021 The bill requests Congress to repeal unfair Social Security Penalties.
The Social Security Fairness Act would repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and the Government Pension Offset (GPO) from the Social Security Act. Both of the statutes significantly reduce benefits for nearly 2.5 million Americans.
